Shipping & Delivery Policy (EN)

1. Shipping Area

Our company serves orders within the Republic of Cyprus.

The company reserves the right to limit or modify shipping areas.

2. Shipping Methods & Companies

Orders are shipped via partner courier companies or other suitable means of transport, which are selected by our company with the aim of ensuring the safe transport of products.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date of shipment.

• In any case, according to European legislation, delivery takes place no later than 30 days from the completion of the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Delays may occur due to force majeure (weather, strikes, courier load, etc.).

4. Shipping Cost

• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume or type of product.

• Shipping costs are displayed in detail before completing the order.

• Any offers (e.g. free shipping over a certain amount) are clearly stated in the e-shop.

• All prices include VAT, where applicable.

5. Order Delivery

• Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.

• The customer must ensure that the shipping details are correct and complete.

• In the event of the recipient's absence, the courier company may reschedule the delivery or leave a notice.

• The customer must immediately check the condition of the package upon receipt.

• In the event of visible damage, it is recommended to record it in the presence of the courier.

6. Liability & Risk During Transportation

Our company is responsible for the products until they are delivered to the customer.

In case of:

• incomplete order or

• damaged product,

the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, sending a relevant description and/or photos.

7. Special Provisions for Food

Due to the nature of the products:

• Products such as coffee beans, chocolate powders, tea, syrups and purees are considered food.

• If the food has been opened or its seal has been broken,

it is not possible to return it, for reasons of hygiene and food safety, in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. Non-Receipt of Order

If the order is returned due to:

• incorrect shipping details or

• non-receipt by the customer,

our company reserves the right to charge the shipping costs again for re-delivery.

9. Link to Withdrawal Policy

This shipping policy is supplemented by the Returns & Withdrawal Policy, which:

• fully applies to accessories and coffee machines,

• is limitedly applied or exempted for food, in accordance with the law.
