1. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason, in accordance with European legislation.

2. Exceptions (Food)

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

• coffee beans

• chocolate powders

• tea

• syrups

• flavoured purees

if:

• the packaging has been opened or

• the seal has been broken.

(for hygiene & food safety reasons).

3. Accessories & Coffee Machines

They are returned if:

• they have not been used,

• they are in their original packaging,

• they are accompanied by a receipt.

4. Return Procedure

The customer must:

1. contact within 14 days

2. send the product within 14 days of approval.

5. Return Costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

6. Refund

Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
