    CONGO MAINLY BOURBON

    Sourced from the highlands of Congo, these exceptional coffee beans—primarily of the Bourbon variety—are cultivated at altitudes ranging from 1,500 to 2,000 meters, where the rich soil and ideal climate contribute to their distinctive character. Fully washed to enhance clarity and brightness, this coffee delivers a full-bodied experience with deep, dark fruity notes that unfold beautifully in every sip. Sweet, chocolatey aromas complement its balanced acidity, creating a harmonious and satisfying cup that lingers pleasantly on the palate.  

    BRAZIL YELLOW BOURBON

    Grown in the sun-drenched highlands of Brazil at around 1,350 meters, this Yellow Bourbon coffee is carefully processed using the pulped natural method, allowing its natural sweetness to shine through. The result is a smooth, well-rounded cup with rich notes of dark chocolate layered alongside bright hints of orange and a gentle touch of vanilla.
