MAKE IT HOT: To prepare one cup of hot chocolate, mix 1 heaped tablespoon of chocolate powder with fresh hot milk and stir well, or use the steam wand of an espresso machine.
MAKE IT COLD: To prepare one glass of cold chocolate, it is best to use a blender. Pour in enough fresh cold milk to cover the blender blades, then add 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder and 2 ice cubes. Blend at full power until the ice cubes are well crushed. Serve in a glass filled with 5–7 ice cubes.
