MAKE IT HOT: To prepare a cup of hot chocolate, mix 1 heaped tablespoon of chocolate powder with fresh hot milk and stir well, or use the steam wand of an espresso machine.
MAKE IT COLD: To prepare a glass of iced chocolate, it is best to use a blender. Pour in enough fresh cold milk to cover the blender blades, then add 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder and 2 ice cubes. Blend at full speed until the ice cubes are finely crushed. Serve in a glass filled with 5–7 ice cubes.
