Our highest grade, it is finely milled from young tea leaves for a smooth, delicate flavour, gentle natural sweetness and a vibrant green colour, ideal for traditional whisked preparation. Simply whisk with hot water, or use in premium lattes and iced drinks.

HOW IT WORKS
Four steps, one whisk, the same cup every time.
- Sift ½ teaspoon (2.5g) of matcha into a bowl.
- Add 60 ml of hot water.
- Whisk until smooth and frothy.
- Serve as it is, or top with milk for a latte.
